国际经济法学是新兴的独立法学学科。中国国际经济法学应改革开放之运而生，近二十年来，在学科体系的创立、学科建设和人才培养、专题研究和学术团体活动等方面获得了长足的发展。从历史的观点看，该学科目前尚处于艰苦创业阶段，中国国际经济法学者任重而道远。为促进该学科的进一步发展和繁荣，需要继续加强学科基本理论和重要专题的研究，坚持和发展立足本国实际、历史与现实相结合、综合研究、比较研究、法律与经济相结合等研究方法；同时，继续借鉴和吸收外国的相关研究成果，积极主动地开展国际学术交流和合作 International Economic Law is a new independent law discipline. In the recent two decades, China’s international economic law has come into being at the very beginning of reform and opening up. It has made great strides in the establishment of disciplinary system, discipline construction and personnel training, special research and academic group activities. From a historical point of view, this discipline is still in a very difficult and pioneering stage. Chinese scholars in international economic law have a long way to go. In order to promote the further development and prosperity of the discipline, it is necessary to continue to strengthen the study of basic theories and major topics of the discipline, uphold and develop research methods that are based on the actual conditions of our country, the combination of history and reality, comprehensive research, comparative research and the combination of law and economy. At the same time, we will continue to learn from and absorb relevant foreign research results and actively conduct international academic exchanges and cooperation
