采空区煤体自燃严重制约煤矿的安全高效生产,而放顶煤开采后采空区内存在大量遗煤和松散煤柱。本文以云冈矿8633工作面回采时采空区残煤易发生自燃的问题为研究对象,通过钻孔设计,应用注氮系统实施井上下联合注氮。至注氮30日时,井上下共注氮984.4 t,启封工作面推进后,采空区内CO浓度维持在24×10~(-6)及以下,实现了工作面的安全高效开采。
Spontaneous combustion of coal in gob area severely restricts the safe and efficient production of coal mines, while there is a large amount of coal left behind and loose pillars in goaf after caving mining. In this paper, the problem of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in gob of Zha Gang Mine with 8633 working face is prone to be spontaneous combustion. Through borehole design, a nitrogen injection system is used to inject nitrogen from top to bottom. On the 30th day of nitrogen injection, a total of 984.4 t of nitrogen was injected into and out of the well, and the CO concentration in the goaf was maintained at or below 24 × 10 -6 (-6 × 10 -6) after the unsealing of the unworked face, thus achieving safe and efficient mining of the working face.
