目的研究改良异体微粒皮移植术在大面积深度烧伤治疗中的临床效果。方法选取36例大面积深度烧伤患者,受伤2~3d首次手术,创面切痂后以生物敷料覆盖包扎,其后3~5d行微粒皮移植并大张异体皮覆盖术。结果改良术能够保证休克期切痂微粒皮移植的成活率。结论本方法能够有效减轻烧伤患者皮源紧张的现状,另外能够节省手术时间,节省医院资源。
Objective To study the clinical effect of modified allograft skin grafting in the treatment of extensive deep burn. Methods Thirty-six patients with extensive deep burn were selected. The first operation was performed 2 to 3 days after injury. The wounds were covered with biological dressing after the wound was excised. Microtopic skin grafts and extensive allogeneic skin grafting were performed 3 to 5 days later. Results Modified surgery can ensure the survival rate of escharectomy callus skin transplantation in shock stage. Conclusion This method can effectively alleviate the status of dermal tension in burn patients, save the operation time and save hospital resources.
