研究通过偏转燃烧头以降低原子吸收分光光度计的灵敏度来扩大标准曲线范围,方法的检出限及精密度符合要求,从而扩大了钠含量的测定范围,提高方法的实用性;选用干灰化法及微波消解法进行食品样品的预处理,加标处理后的回收率符合要求,证明可以用干灰化法及微波消解法替代湿法消解进行食品中钠含量测定的预处理,从而简化操作,提高测定的安全性、适应性及效率;同时还进行了抗干扰剂、酸浓度及稀释倍数对测定结果影响的试验。
