二、单一表面活性剂定量分析 (一)阴离子表面活性剂 1、Weatherburn法 是以亚甲兰为指示剂,用分相滴定对阴离子表面活性剂进行定量的Epton法的一种改良法。 (1)试剂 1)亚甲兰溶液:将亚甲兰(纯度为85％)0.03克,浓硫酸12克、无水硫酸钠50克溶解于1升水中。 2)阳离子表面活性剂标准溶液:将Cetalvon(烷基三甲基氯化铵)配制成约5毫摩尔水溶液。该溶液的标定按下列方法进行。
