1 极限承载能力试验整体型翅片管是洛阳市某研究所开发的新产品,该产品是用20~#碳钢无缝钢管,经热挤压成形。翅片是单头螺旋形,螺距6mm,翅片的厚度为1.2mm,翅片的高度是10mm,管外径和管壁的厚度可根据需要选定,试样见图1。现以管外径为50mm,管壁厚3mm的整体型钢翅片管为例进行强度分析。
1 Ultimate Load Test The integral finned tube is a new product developed by a research institute in Luoyang. The product is made of 20 ~ # carbon steel seamless pipe by hot extrusion. The fin is a single-head spiral with a pitch of 6 mm. The thickness of the fin is 1.2 mm and the height of the fin is 10 mm. The outer diameter of the tube and the thickness of the tube wall can be selected as required. Now take the outer diameter of 50mm, the wall thickness of 3mm steel finned tube as an example for strength analysis.
