目的:比较分析鹿鞭药材中粗多糖含量及性质。方法:采用脱脂、水提、醇沉等方法,分离纯化出两种鹿鞭药材中粗多糖后,用比色法测定不同品种及产地的鹿鞭药材中总多糖含量;并对两种鹿鞭药材中粗多糖的性质进行比较分析。结果:不同品种的鹿鞭药材中多糖含量明显不同,同种不同产地的鹿鞭中多糖含量差异较小;两种鹿鞭多糖的红外光谱特征稍有差异。结论:鹿鞭药材中多糖含量可用于该药材的质量控制。
Objective: To compare and analyze the content and properties of crude polysaccharides in Lubi medicine. Methods: The crude polysaccharides in two kinds of Lubian medicinal materials were isolated and purified by the methods of degreasing, water extraction and alcohol precipitation. The content of total polysaccharides in Lubo medicinal materials of different varieties and producing areas were determined by colorimetry. The crude polysaccharides in herbs were compared and analyzed. Results: The content of polysaccharides in different varieties of Lubian medicinal materials were significantly different. The content of polysaccharides in Luban was lower in the same kinds of different producing areas. The infrared spectra characteristics of two kinds of polysaccharides were slightly different. Conclusion: The content of polysaccharide in Lubian medicine can be used for the quality control of this medicine.
