自1978年英国Watson介绍视觉生理基础疗法治疗弱视以来,由于治疗时间短,见效快,无任何痛苦,目前已广泛被弱视儿童及家长采用。对视觉生理基础疗法治疗弱视初期疗效观察已有许多报道,Campbell报道83％患者的视力上升到≥6/12,45％进步到6/9;郭氏治愈率为28.79％,有效率50.26％;周氏治愈率为31.79％;有效率72.85％。对远期疗效报道不多,我院用视觉生理基础疗法治愈和有效的105例弱视儿童进行了随访观察,现报告如下:
Since Watson in England introduced the basic therapy of visual physiology to treat amblyopia in 1978, it has been widely used by amblyopia children and parents due to its short treatment time, quick and painless experience. There are many reports on the initial curative effect of visual physiology and basic therapy for treating amblyopia. Campbell reported that the visual acuity of 83% patients rose to ≥6 / 12,45% to 6/9; the Guo cure rate was 28.79% and the effective rate was 50.26%; Zhou cure rate was 31.79%; effective rate of 72.85%. Long-term efficacy of the report few, our hospital with visual physiology and basic therapy cure and effective in 105 cases of amblyopia children were followed up, are as follows:
