采用熔融共混法制备了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO3)复合材料,研究了nano-CaCO3表面改性前后对复合材料力学性能的影响,利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了nano-CaCO3表面改性前后在HDPE基体中的分散性。结果表明:加入量较小时,nano-CaCO3表面改性与否对复合材料的力学性能及其在HDPE基体中的分散性基本没有影响;加入量较大时,表面改性nano-CaCO3使复合材料具有更好的力学性能,并且其在HDPE基体中的分散性也更好。
The high density polyethylene (HDPE) / nano-CaCO3 composites were prepared by melt blending method. The effect of nano-CaCO3 on the mechanical properties of the composites was studied. SEM and SEM were used to analyze the mechanical properties of the composites. The dispersibility of nano-CaCO3 in HDPE matrix before and after modification. The results show that the surface modification of nano-CaCO3 has little effect on the mechanical properties of the composites and the dispersibility of the nano-CaCO3 in HDPE matrix. When the content of nano-CaCO3 is larger, Has better mechanical properties, and its dispersion in HDPE matrix is also better.
