目的 寻找一种精确推定 PMI的方法。方法 应用电感耦合等离子体质谱( ICP- MS),检测了家兔死后 96小时内眼玻璃体液锌、镍元素含量,探讨其与 PMI的相关性。 结果 家兔死后 24h内眼玻璃体液锌、镍元素含量与 PMI显著相关,可作为推定早期 PMI的参考指标,其二项式回归方程分别为 y=0.140 4x2- 1.335 1x+ 3.829 8( R2=0.920 2)、 y=0.004 3x2- 0.059 6x+ 0.266 5( R2=0.910 3)。 结论 家兔眼玻璃体液中 Zn、 Ni元素含量变化是推定早期 PMI的参考指标之一。
Objective To find a way to accurately estimate PMI. Methods Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to detect the contents of zinc and nickel in vitreous fluid within 96 hours after the death of rabbits, and to explore its correlation with PMI. Results The contents of zinc and nickel in vitreous fluid of rabbits were significantly correlated with PMI within 24 hours after death, and could be used as a reference index for estimating early PMI. The binomial regression equations were y = 0.140 4x2-1.335 1x + 3.829 8 (R2 = 0.920 2), y = 0.004 3 × 2 - 0.059 6x + 0.266 5 (R2 = 0.910 3). Conclusion The change of Zn and Ni contents in vitreous humor of rabbit eyes is one of the reference indexes for estimating early PMI.
