各位领导,各位代表:中国电视艺术家协会第二次全国代表大会,在党中央的关怀下,在中宣部、中国文联党组领导下,经过全体代表的共同努力,巳经圆满完成了预定的议程。在会议期间,我们讨论通过了中国电视艺术家协会第一届理事会工作报告;讨论通过了修改后的中国电视艺术家协会章程;选举产生了中国电视艺术家协会第三届理事会和主席、副主席,任命了秘书长、副秘书长,聘请了顾问。代表们对《工作报告》和《章程》提出了很好的修改意见,对开创视协工作的新局面提出了很多建设性意见。会议自始至终贯彻了民主、团结、鼓劲、繁荣的方针,达到了我们预期的目 Dear Leaders and Deputies, The Second National Congress of the Association of Chinese Television Artists, under the care of the CPC Central Committee and under the leadership of the Central Propaganda Department and the Chinese Fian Literature Party Group, has successfully completed its scheduled agenda with the concerted efforts of all deputies .
