在实验的基础上,我们选用邻菲啰啉法测定烃类蒸汽转化制氢催化剂中铁含量。此法具有灵敏度高,选择性好,测定条件宽,操作简便易掌握等优点。一、方法原理试液中的Fe~(3+)用盐酸羟胺还原成Fe~(2+),在缓冲溶液(pH=2~6),存在下, Fe~(2+)与邻菲啰啉生成稳定的红色络合物。在510mμ波长下进行比色,可测得铁的含量。大量的镍存在时对铁的测定有干扰,因此,在测定中应控制镍含量。
