针对新庄孜矿62110工作面上风巷倾角大、煤层薄,且该留巷维护时间长、变形大,分析了该条件下巷道围岩支护的特点,提出了采用架喷锚注和巷帮充填对留巷进行联合支护,并应用FLAC2D5.0软件模拟分析了不同充填墙体尺寸对留巷效果的影响。矿压观测结果表明:采用架喷锚注支护后,随工作面向前推进及充填墙体强度增加,墙体承受的压力逐渐加大,巷道移近量呈跳跃性减小性的趋势。
According to the fact that the upper airway of 62110 working face of Xinzhuangzi Mine has large dip angle, thin coal seam, long maintenance time and large deformation of the retaining lane, the characteristics of surrounding rock support in this condition are analyzed. The joint support of retaining laneway was simulated and the effect of different filling wall dimensions on retaining effect was simulated by FLAC2D5.0 software. The result of rock pressure observation shows that the pressure on the wall gradually increases with the increase of the working face and the increase of the strength of the wall.
