目的研究骆驼刺[Alhagi pseudalhagi(M.B.)]的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、SephadexLH-20柱色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从骆驼刺体积分数70%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,其中4个异黄酮类化合物:芒柄花素(1),3′,7-二羟基-4′-甲氧基异黄酮(2),3′,7-二羟基-4′,8-二甲氧基异黄酮(3),红车轴草素(4);2个黄酮类化合物:柽柳素(5),异槲皮苷(6);2个酚酸类化合物:水杨酸(7),香草酸(8);β-谷甾醇(9),胡萝卜苷(10)。结论化合物1~4,7,8均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Alhagi pseudalhagi (M.B.). Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results 10 compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of camel thorn volume, of which 4 areoflavone compounds: Formononetin (1), 3′,7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxy isoflavones (2), 3′,7-dihydroxy-4′,8-dimethoxyisoflavone (3), trifocinin (4); 2 flavonoids: tamarix (5), isoquercitrin Glycosides (6); 2 phenolic acids: salicylic acid (7), vanillic acid (8); β-sitosterol (9), carotenoid (10). Conclusion Compounds 1~4,7,8 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
