为人工大量繁殖周氏啮小蜂的过程中能有效地控制中间寄主柞蚕蛹的发病率,开展了不同处理的病蛹率、寄生率及主要发病监控期测定病蛹率的试验。结果表明:工厂化繁育中,用MZZY-07消毒柜处理裸蛹,用MZCY-08消毒柜处理2刀削茧法处理的寄主蛹,能有效地降低接蜂后蛹发病率,操作简便,利于大规模生产;接蜂后头2 d为主要发病监控期,在此期间及时去除病蛹,可有效减少交叉感染的几率。
In order to effectively control the incidence of the intermediate host tussah pupa in the process of artificial large-scale multiplication of the zebrafish, experiments were carried out to test the rate of the pupae, the parasitism rate and the detection rate of the pupae in the main monitoring period. The results showed that the nursery pups treated with MZZY-07 disinfection cabinet and the host pupae treated with 2-cut and cocoon treated with MZCY-08 disinfection cabinet could effectively reduce the incidence of pupae after bee-feeding in factory breeding. Large-scale production; take the first 2 d after the first monitoring period of the disease, during this period to remove pupae, can effectively reduce the risk of cross-infection.
