目的对手术室物品查对危险因素进行调查分析。针对危险因素制定护理措施以减少查对差错的发生。方法根据护理文献检索制作手术物品查对危险因素调查表，对多家综合医院手术室护士进行问卷调查，通过统计分析后得出调查结果。结果经调查手术室人员认为与手术清点差错发生关系最大的是手术因素占72.5%，其次是手术清点物品的质量占57.5%，再者是工作人员的因素和管理的因素分别占55%和45%。结论对手术室物品查对的影响因素分组，差异有统计学意义（<0.05），手术因素包括急诊手术和中转手术对手术室物品查对安全的影响最大。“,”Objective To investigate and analyze the risk factors of checking surgical goods.Aimming at risk factors, establish nursing measurement to diminish the checking er ors. Methods Facture a questionnaire of risk factors of checking surgical goods, depending on the nursing papers searched on database. Send these questionnaires to the operation room nurses in several general hospitals. Recover the questionnaire, extract the data and analyze. Results The most important factor the operation room fel ows point out is the operation type. There is the closest relationship between the operation type and operation er ors, the relevance are 72.5%. The second is quality of surgical good checking, the relevance is 57.5%. Besides, the quality of operation room fel ows and operation management are also very important. The relevance is 55%, 45%, respectively. Conclusion According to the grouping of checking surgical goods impact factors, the dif erence was statistical y significant( <0.05), operation factors including emergency operation and transit operation may make the max impact to the surgical good checking.
