利用酶解法对7个秋子梨品系果实石细胞含量进行了测定分析。结果表明,秋子梨系统不同品系间果实石细胞含量明显不同;冻贮后的果实石细胞含量,多数品系呈下降趋势。
The content of stone cells in seven Qiuzi pear lines was determined by enzymolysis method. The results showed that the content of stone cells in fruit of different varieties of autumn pear was significantly different; the content of stone cells in fruit after freezing and storage, most strains showed a downward trend.
