报告55例经手术病理证实的≤20mm的乳腺小肿块的高频声像图及彩色多普勒和脉冲多普勒检查结果。其中小乳癌31例,良性肿块24例。文中分别对良恶性肿块的形态,边界,内部回声,反差大小,后方回声,侧方声影,纵横比,周边血流,内部血流以及肿块内小动脉Vmax值,RI值等多项指标进行对比分析。结果显示:良恶性肿块在以上各两维超声指标中都有显著性差异;在彩色多普勒和脉冲多普勒血流检出率及RI值方面亦有显著性差异。但是,脉冲多普勒在肿块内检出的Vmax值比较二者无显著差异。肿块内微钙化点的检出率比较,二者亦无显著差异。本组超声对小乳癌的敏感性为96.8%(30/31),特异性为87.5%(21/24),准确性为92.7%(51/55)。
A high-frequency sonogram and color Doppler and pulse Doppler examination results of 55 small breast masses with ≤20 mm confirmed by pathology were reported. There were 31 cases of small breast cancer and 24 cases of benign masses. In the article, we carried out multiple indexes such as the morphology, boundary, internal echo, contrast, posterior echo, lateral acoustic image, aspect ratio, peripheral blood flow, internal blood flow, and Vmax, RI value of tumor in benign and malignant tumors. The results showed that the benign and malignant tumors had significant differences in the above two-dimensional ultrasound indicators; there were also significant differences in the detection rate of color Doppler and pulsed Doppler blood flow and RI values. However, there was no significant difference in Vmax values detected by pulse Doppler in the mass. There was no significant difference between the detection rates of microcalcification points in the masses. The sensitivity of this group of ultrasound to small breast cancer was 96.8% (30/31), the specificity was 87.5% (21/24), and the accuracy was 92.7% (51/55).
