医师多地点执业对促进医疗人才的合理流动和资源共享,缩小城乡差别有着十分重要的作用,随着医改方案的出台,医师多地点执业问题再次成为社会各方关注的焦点。为了解我区医师外出执业的现况,以及医务人员、卫生行政管理人员对医师多地点执业的管理建议,我区于2010年开展了“医师多地点执业现状调查及对策研究”课题研究。 Practicing doctors in multiple locations has a very important role in promoting the rational flow of medical personnel and resource sharing and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas. With the introduction of the medical reform plan, the practice of multi-location practitioners has once again become the focus of attention of all sectors of society. In order to understand the current situation of physicians going out to practice in our district and the management suggestions of medical practitioners and health administrators on the multi-site practice of doctors, in 2010, the district conducted the research on the status quo of physicians’ multi-site practice and countermeasure research .
