【目的】评价广西生产用水稻品种对水稻南方黑条矮缩病的抗病性,为病害综合防控提供依据。【方法】收集广西主栽水稻品种45份和市场销售的水稻品种53份,采用集团接种法进行室内人工接种抗病性鉴定。【结果】测定的98个水稻品种中,表现高感的品种96个,占测试品种的97.96%;表现中感的品种两个,占测试品种的2.04%。测试品种中未发现抗病品种。【结论】测定的98份广西生产用水稻品种对水稻南方黑条矮缩病均表现感病,需加大对该病害的综合防控及水稻种质资源的抗病筛选利用。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to evaluate the disease resistance of rice cultivars for production in southern China on black-streaked dwarf disease in rice and to provide a basis for comprehensive disease prevention and control. 【Method】 Fifty-five rice cultivars and 53 rice cultivars were collected from Guangxi province. Group inoculation method was used to evaluate the resistance to in-house artificial inoculation. 【Result】 Ninety-nine rice cultivars with high susceptibility were detected, accounting for 97.96% of the total cultivars tested. Two cultivars with medium susceptibility represented 2.04% of the tested cultivars. No resistant varieties were found in the tested varieties. 【Conclusion】 The results showed that all of the 98 cultivated rice cultivars in Guangxi showed susceptible to black streak dwarf disease in southern rice, and the comprehensive prevention and control of this disease and the screening and utilization of rice germplasm resources should be strengthened.
