目的:对个体化营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者的血糖水平影响进行分析。方法:以2015年9月-2016年9月到我院诊治的87例GDM患者作为研究对象,均在常规治疗基础上根据患者实际情况实施个体化营养治疗,对比分析治疗前后患者的空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2小时血糖(2h PG)水平。结果:通过治疗后,本组患者的FPG、2h PG均得到改善,和治疗前相比差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗前后本组患者的胰岛素应用率、血糖控制满意率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在GDM治疗中进行个体化营养治疗可有效改善患者的血糖水平,提高临床疗效,减少胰岛素应用,减轻患者的经济负担,临床意义重大。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of individualized nutritional therapy on blood glucose levels in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods: From September 2015 to September 2016, 87 patients with GDM treated in our hospital were selected as study subjects. Individualized nutrition therapy was performed on the basis of routine treatment according to the actual conditions of patients. The fasting blood glucose (FBG) FPG) and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2h PG) levels. Results: After treatment, FPG and 2h PG were improved in this group, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment (P <0.05); before and after treatment, the insulin utilization rate and the satisfaction rate of blood glucose control were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: Individualized nutrition therapy in GDM treatment can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients, improve clinical curative effect, reduce insulin application and reduce the economic burden of patients. The clinical significance is significant.
