本文以南海本田停工事件为例,分析了新生代农民工的群体特征和利益祈求以及影响其就业能力和利益祈求的根本因素,在此基础上提出和谐管理、建立动态向上和系统的人力资源管理循环链的企业人力资源应对策略。
