目的探讨子宫内膜异位症(EndometriosisEMS)的免疫状态与中医辨证分型的关系。方法采用间接免疫荧光法检测EMS患者外周血中的T细胞亚群、B、NK、IL-2R+细胞,并用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法检测外周血及腹腔液中的TNF-α,并与中医辨证分型进行相关关系分析。结果以气滞血瘀、寒凝血瘀、湿热瘀阻三组组成的实证组CD+4/CD+8值升高,而肾虚血瘀组除此变化外,B、IL-2R+细胞百分率增高,外周血及腹腔液TNF-α浓度也显著增高。结论CD+4/CD+8值与多因素逐步回归分析后发现,EMS患者外周血中CD+4/CD+8值与中医辨证分型密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the immune status of endometriosis (EMs) and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods The T lymphocyte subsets, B, NK and IL-2R + cells in peripheral blood of patients with EMS were detected by indirect immunofluorescence. TNF-α in peripheral blood and peritoneal fluid was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Dialectical classification of the correlation analysis. Results The positive rate of CD + 4 / CD + 8 increased in the positive group of three groups, including qi stagnation and blood stasis, cold coagulation and blood stasis, and damp-heat stasis. Except for the changes of kidney deficiency and blood stasis group, the percentage of B and IL- Liquid TNF-α concentration was also significantly higher. Conclusion CD + 4 / CD + 8 and multi-factor stepwise regression analysis showed that CD + 4 / CD + 8 in peripheral blood of EMS patients is closely related to TCM syndrome differentiation.
