目的:研究养心调肝益肾煎剂壮阳作用及其可能机制。方法:手术去势造模,造模后第8天对不同实验组分别ig生理盐水(NS)、养心调肝益肾煎剂高、低剂量(50,25 g.kg-1)、男宝混悬液(0.56 g.kg-1),连续用药21 d后测量去势雄鼠附性器官包皮腺、精液囊-前列腺、提肛肌的质量,计算其脏器系数,测量血清睾酮(T)、皮质醇(F)及阴茎海绵体内皮细胞一氧化氮(NO)的含量。结果:养心调肝益肾煎剂组与模型组比较,有明显增加去势雄鼠包皮腺、精液囊-前列腺、提肛肌脏器系数及血清T、F及阴茎NO含量的作用(P<0.05),尤以养心调肝益肾煎剂高剂量组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:养心调肝益肾煎剂可调节下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴及肾上腺皮质系统功能,具有壮阳作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Yangxin Tiaogan Yishen decoction and its possible mechanism. Methods: On the 8th day after operation, rats in different experimental groups were treated with high, low dose (50, 25 g · kg -1) ig NS, (0.56 g · kg-1). The quality of the circumcised glands, seminal vesicle-prostate and levator ani muscle in ovariectomized male rats was measured 21 d after continuous administration, and the organ coefficient was calculated. The levels of serum testosterone (T ), Cortisol (F) and nitric oxide (NO) in the corpus cavernosum. Results: Compared with the model group, Yangxin Tiaogan Yishen decoction could significantly increase the organ coefficient of seminal vesicle, seminal vesicle-prostate, levator ani, serum T, F and penis NO in castrated male rats (P <0.05), especially in the high-dose Yaxin Tiaogan Yizhen decoction group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yangxin Tiaogan Yishen decoction can regulate the function of hypothalamus - pituitary - gonadal axis and adrenal cortex system and has the function of aphrodisiac.
