技术创新网络治理是维持网络稳定及促进网络中知识信息流畅运行的核心问题,但现有文献在研究其异质性构成及结构优化方面相对缺乏。从网络成员异质性构成所导致的问题出发,将创新网络划分为核心企业层级与非核心企业层级,运用多元回归分析方法研究层级内异质性构成与层级间同质性构成的冗余异质性结构对网络均质、脆弱及分裂的抑制作用及对网络创新绩效的影响。结果表明,冗余异质性结构的建立与网络成员均质化、脆弱性及网络分裂断层负相关;网络成员凝聚力在冗余异质性与网络创新绩效间起中介作用。
Network management of technological innovation is the core issue to maintain the stability of the network and promote the smooth running of knowledge and information in the network. However, there is a lack of existing literature in studying its heterogeneity and structural optimization. Based on the problems caused by the heterogeneity of network members, the innovation network is divided into the core enterprise level and the non-core enterprise level, and the multiple regression analysis method is used to study the redundancy differences between the heterogeneity levels and the homogeneity levels in the levels The Inhibitory Effect of Qualitative Structure on Network Homogenization, Vulnerability and Splitting and Its Impact on Network Innovation Performance. The results show that the establishment of redundant heterogeneity structure is negatively correlated with the homogeneity and fragility of network members and the network fault. The cohesion of network members plays an intermediary role in the relationship between redundancy heterogeneity and network innovation performance.
