以八甲基环四硅氧烷、N,N-二甲基-γ-氨丙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷等为原料进行单体聚合反应制得氨基硅中间体,再与环氧聚醚开环反应制备一种水溶性的氨基聚醚有机硅表面活性剂(SPEAS),并用IR和1H-NMR对中间体及终产物进行了结构表征。结果表明,该表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度为7×10-4mol/L,γcmc=28.5mN/m(25℃),与非离子表面活性剂配伍,质量比分别1∶3.1∶1时,体系浊点消失。5g/LSPEAS水溶液对汽油的增溶力达59.28%,对八甲基环四硅氧烷的增溶力达75.40%。SPEAS与阴、阳离子树脂、助剂配伍使用,无漂油分层。水在中间体AS膜接触角达73.00°,而在SPEAS膜上接触角降至24.50°,则SPEAS亲水性良好。

SPEAS and anion, cation resin, additives used in compatibility, no bleaching layered. Water in the intermediate AS membrane contact angle of 73.00 °, while in the SPEAS membrane contact angle down to 24.50 °, SPEAS hydrophilic good.
