复合金属两性离子聚合物是由复合金属与乙烯基单体、阳离子单体聚合而成。室内试验表明,复合金属两性离子聚合物钻井液体系比两性离子聚合物钻井液体系具有更好的保护储层作用,渗透率恢复值可达80%以上。通过分析复合金属两性离子聚合物的分子结构、官能团的作用,较详细地阐述了该体系保护储层的机理。复合金属两性离子聚合物钻井液,能中和粘土表面的负电荷,减小储层的碱敏性,防止微粒运移,减少亚微米颗粒进入储层,对油气层起到了很好的保护作用。
Composite metal zwitterionic polymer is composed of composite metal and vinyl monomer, cationic monomer polymerization. Laboratory tests show that the composite metal zwitterionic polymer drilling fluid system has better protection than zwitterionic polymer drilling fluid reservoir, permeability recovery value of up to 80%. By analyzing the molecular structure and the functional groups of the amphoteric ionomers of the composite metal, the mechanism of protecting the reservoir is elaborated in detail. The composite metal zwitterionic polymer drilling fluid can neutralize the negative charges on the clay surface, reduce the alkali sensitivity of the reservoir, prevent the migration of the particles, reduce the submicron particles entering the reservoir and play a good protective role on the oil and gas layers .
