总结１５０例心脏原发肿瘤诊断和治疗经验。方法通过病史、体征、Ｘ线、心电图和超声心动图进行诊断，１４８例手术治疗，１４５例用低温体外循环方法，同期４例行二尖瓣置换，１例行肺动脉瓣置换，２例３个肢体经股动脉取瘤栓。结果２例等待手术时死亡，１４８例手术病人中１０例死亡（１９９３年后６０例无死亡），经手术切除者１３７例得到治愈。结论超声心动图是检出心腔内心脏肿瘤最有效方法，心腔外心脏肿瘤主要靠Ｘ线或ＣＴ检查，一旦确定诊断应尽早手术治疗。
Summarize 150 cases of primary heart tumor diagnosis and treatment experience. Methods The medical history, signs, X-ray, electrocardiogram, and echocardiography were used to diagnose 148 cases. 145 cases were treated with hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass. In the same period, 4 cases underwent mitral valve replacement, 1 underwent pulmonary valve replacement, and 2 underwent 3 cases. Limbs were taken from the femoral artery to remove tumor thrombi. Results Two patients died while waiting for surgery. Among the 148 surgical patients, 10 died (60 deaths after 1993). 137 cases were cured after surgical resection. Conclusions Echocardiography is the most effective method for detecting cardiac tumors in the heart. Extracardiac cardiac tumors are mainly detected by X-ray or CT. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, surgical treatment should be performed as soon as possible.
