[目的]本文以万寿菊DUS测试指南研制过程中初步确定的性状为研究对象,研究了性状的功能及特征,探讨了该组性状在万寿菊DUS测试中的代表性和全面性。[方法]根据性状的功能及特征,通过对该组性状所描述的植株部位、性状的观测时期、表达方式和观测方式所进行的分析,说明了该组性状的组合在上述功能及特征上是否具有代表性和全面性。[结果]对于性状描述的植株部位,该组性状中有5个性状描述了植株整体形态,3个性状描述了茎部形态,6个性状描述了叶片形态,23个性状描述了花形态,1个性状描述了生理学特征。对于性状的观测时期,该组性状中有1个性状是在苗期观测,1个性状是在始花期观测,其他36个性状是在盛花期观测。对于性状的表达方式,该组性状中有10个质量性状、9个假质量性状和19个数量性状。对于性状的观测方式,该组性状中有30个性状采用群体目测方式(以一组植株或植株部位为测试对象所得到的一个群体观测值),8个性状采用个体测量方式(以单个植株或植株部位为测试对象所得到的多个个体测量值)。[结论]基于万寿菊的变异特点及形态特征,该组性状具有代表性和全面性,考虑了DUS测试的准确性和简易性,实现了性状在植株部位、观测时期、表达方式和观测方式上的合理搭配和构成。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the traits and characteristics of the traits initially identified during the development of the Marigold DUS Test Guideline, and discussed the representativeness and comprehensiveness of the traits in the Marigold DUS test.
