目的:探讨椒枝软胶囊对哮喘气道黏蛋白(Muc5ac)mRNA表达的影响。方法:将健康雄性SD大鼠48只随机分为空白对照组、模型组、强的松组、椒枝软胶囊高剂量组、椒枝软胶囊中剂量组、椒枝软胶囊低剂量组,除空白对照组外,以卵蛋白氢氧化铝混悬液腹腔+多点皮下注射,卵蛋白雾化攻击制作哮喘大鼠模型,从第13天起给予相应药物5天,末次激发后48h处死大鼠,留取肺组织,荧光定量PCR法测定Muc5ac mRNA。结果:哮喘模型组、椒枝软胶囊低、中、高剂量组、强的松组CT值均低于空白对照组(P<0.05);强的松组、椒枝软胶囊中、高剂量组均高于哮喘模型组(P<0.05);椒枝软胶囊中、低剂量组均低于强的松组,(P<0.05);结论:椒枝软胶囊可下调哮喘大鼠气道黏蛋白Muc5ac的表达,从而减少气道黏蛋白分泌。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiaozhi soft capsule on the expression of Muc5ac mRNA in asthmatic rats. Results: The CT values of asthma model group, Jiaozhi soft capsule low, medium and high dose groups and prednisone group were lower than those of the blank control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05), while those of Jiaozhi soft capsule were lower than that of prednisone group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Jiaozhi soft capsule can down-regulate airway mucin of asthmatic rats Muc5ac expression, thereby reducing airway mucin secretion.
