目的:探讨生地当归方在骨折早期治疗中抗自由基损害的临床效果。方法:随机抽取86例闭合性骨折患者作为生地当归方治疗组,86例采用常规西药治疗的闭合性骨折患者,50例健康体检者作为对照组,比较3组入选者治疗前及治疗后第4天脂质过氧化物(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平变化情况。结果:生地当归方治疗组、西药治疗组两组患者治疗前脂质过氧化物水平均显著高于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);生地当归方治疗组患者治疗后脂质过氧化物和超氧化物歧化酶水平接近对照组(P>0.05);西药治疗组患者治疗后脂质过氧化物和超氧化物歧化酶水平未发生明显变化,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨折早期治疗中生地当归方具有明显抗自由基损害和增强机体自由基的清除功能的效果。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Shengdi Danggui Recipe in treating early free radical fracture. Methods: Eighty-six patients with closed fractures were selected randomly as the treatment group of Shengji Danggui. Eighty-six patients with closed fracture treated by conventional western medicine and 50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. Before and after treatment, Day lipid peroxides (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) level changes. Results: The levels of lipid peroxidation before treatment and the levels of superoxide dismutase in both groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) After treatment, the levels of lipid peroxides and superoxide dismutase in the treatment group were close to those in the control group (P> 0.05). The levels of lipid peroxides and superoxide dismutase in the treatment group did not change significantly The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The early treatment of the fracture of traditional Chinese medicine Dioscorea has significantly anti-free radical damage and enhance the body’s free radical scavenging effect.
