我国目前还没有明确定义金融消费者的概念,没有对金融消费者进行倾斜性地保护,更没有统一的对金融消费者权益进行保护的机构,致使现实中金融经营者侵害金融消费者知情权的现象时有发生,为了缩小金融消费者和金融机构之间在获取、分析信息方面的差距,实现实质上的交易公平,本文认为我们应该修改《消费者权益保护法》,强化金融经营者的信息披露义务和合规劝诱义务,并设立统一的金融消费者保护机构。
At present, there is no clear definition of the concept of financial consumer in our country.
