核电厂的生产运行对设计基准文件的依赖程度和运用便捷性要求日渐提高。然而,目前国内各核电厂普遍使用的是文档查询系统的传统方法管理纸质文件,基准文件的形成和版本跟踪都要基于各工程设计人员的工作成果送存效果,因而基准文件的形成缺乏全面性和科学性,个体文件版本变化和大量相关文件的一致性的管理也难于控制。为了解决上述问题,提出用仿真技术建立运行优化预测系统平台的概念。以核电厂设计文件相关的几个环节,设计验证与优化、安全分析、智能化文档、建安和运行维修规划为研究对象,结合仿真建模和虚拟现实等仿真模拟技术,提出运行优化预测并形成智能化基准文档的整合应用方案。可以为建设用于核电厂全寿命周期的智能数字化核电厂提供重要的参考,为计算机仿真技术在核电领域的应用提供帮助。
The reliance on design basis documents and the ease of use of NPPs in production operations are increasing.
