在中国,“战略”一词历史悠远,“战”指战争,“略”指谋略,战略原指军事将领指挥军队作战的谋略。春秋时期孙武的《孙子兵法》被认为是中国最早对战略进行全局筹划的著作。后来“战略”已逐渐演变成泛指一定历史时期,统领性的、全局性的、左右胜败的谋略、方案和对策。既然战略是关乎组织成败的关键所在,那从制定到实施战略的每一个环节,都必须要认真对待,做到一丝不苟。很多组织战略都会存在一种问题,制定了完美的计划,也在认真的贯彻,却始终无法达到预期的管理目的。原因是什么?战略管理不到位。
In China, the term “strategy” has a long history, “war” means war, “little” means strategy, and strategy originally refers to the strategy of military commanders directing operations by the military. Sun Wu's “Art of War” during the Spring and Autumn Period was considered as the earliest book on China's overall strategic planning. Later, “strategy” has gradually evolved into a strategy, plan and countermeasure referring to a certain period of history, domination, overall situation and victory or defeat. Since strategy is the key to the success or failure of an organization, every step of its formulation and implementation strategy must be taken seriously and meticulously. Many organizational strategies have a problem, have a perfect plan, and are also implemented conscientiously. However, they still fail to achieve the expected management objective. What is the reason? Strategic management is not in place.
