新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情凸显了我国目前应对突发公共卫生事件时专业人员队伍的不足，与之相对应的是，高校的公共卫生与预防医学人才培养规模小，重理论轻实践，远不能满足社会发展需要。本文就如何提高公共卫生与预防医学人才培养数量和质量、如何建设适应时代需求的公共卫生与预防医学专业人才培养体系提出相关建议。“,”The epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia highlights the shortage of professional staff in dealing with public health emergencies of major communicable diseases. Correspondingly, the scale of public health and preventive medicine training in universities is small. The teaching methods emphasize theory and light practice, which can not meet the needs of social development. In this paper, we put forward some suggestions on how to improve the quantity and quality of public health and preventive medicine personnel training and how to build public health professional training system to meet needs of the times.
