[目的]建立一种简便、实用的检测大量水样中的微量脊髓灰质炎病毒的方法。[方法]将L20B细胞 加入大量的含微量脊髓灰质炎病毒的水中,充分作用后收集细胞,作病毒分离培养。同时以 NaC1—A1C1_3沉淀法作对照。 [结果]1000ml水样中含病毒100、10TCD_50时能全部检出:当合1~2TCD_50时14份样本可检出13份。NSC1—A1C1_3 沉淀法在100TCD_50时4份样本中仅检出1份,其它各浓度的4份样都未能检出。
[Objective] To establish a simple and practical method for detecting trace poliovirus in a large number of water samples. [Method] L20B cells were added to a large amount of poliovirus-containing water, and the cells were harvested after full effect and were isolated and cultured as viruses. At the same time NaC1-A1C1_3 precipitation method for the control. [Result] The results showed that when 1000ml water samples contained virus 100 and 10TCD_50 were all detected, 13 samples could be detected in 14 samples when combined with 1 ~ 2TCD_50. NSC1-A1C1_3 precipitation method in the 100TCD_50 4 samples were only detected in 1, the other concentrations of 4 samples were not detected.
