绝经前子宫切除的妇女易发生脂质代谢紊乱，认为与雌激素水平下降有关［１］。近年来，有关雌激素与糖代谢关系也引起一些学者的关注。本文对２３例行子宫切除术的绝经前妇女，测定其手术前后血清雌二醇（Ｅ＿２）及血糖水平变化，并采用雌激素替代治疗来观察其对血糖的影响。
Premenopausal women with hysterectomy prone to lipid metabolism disorder, that the decline in estrogen levels [1]. In recent years, the relationship between estrogen and glucose metabolism also attracted some scholars attention. In this paper, 23 premenopausal women undergoing hysterectomy were enrolled in this study. Serum estradiol (E2) and blood glucose levels were measured before and after surgery. The effects of estrogen replacement therapy on blood glucose were observed.
