目的:建立测定缓释滴丸中磷酸川芎嗪含量的HPLC法。方法:采用Platisil ODS(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(20:80),检测波长:295 nm,流速1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱温为室温。结果:磷酸川芎嗪在2.3~115μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.04%,RSD为1.60%(n=6)。结论:该法专属性强,准确稳定,简便可行,可用于测定磷酸川芎嗪缓释滴丸中磷酸川芎嗪的含量。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ligustrazine phosphate in sustained-release dropping pills. Methods: Platisil ODS (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water (20:80). The detection wavelength was 295 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ~ . Results: Ligustrazine phosphate had a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 9) in the range of 2.3-115 μg · ml -1 with an average recovery of 101.04% and a RSD of 1.60% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is highly specific, accurate and stable, simple and feasible, and can be used to determine the content of Ligustrazine Phosphate in the Ligustrazine Phosphate Sustained Release Dropping Pills.
