从1994年1月～1999年1月,我们对两所中心医院住院患者发生与引尿有关的尿路感染进行调查分析,现报告如下。1 临床资料 5年中共有704例引尿,引尿前80例尿液细菌学检查提示尿路感染被排除。其余624例使用引尿套1～21d。引尿72h以内者487例,72h以上者137例。624例中,发生尿路
From January 1994 to January 1999, we investigated and analyzed urinary tract infections associated with indwelling inpatients in two central hospitals. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data A total of 704 cases of urinary infiltration in 5 years, 80 cases of urine before urine bacteriological examination prompted urinary tract infection was ruled out. The remaining 624 patients used a urine catheter 1 to 21 days. There were 487 cases within 72 hours of urinating and 137 cases above 72 hours. Urinary tract occurred in 624 cases
