利用DEAE-Sephadex离子交换色谱对马尾松木片丙酮抽出物分离成弱酸性组份、中性组份和强酸性组份。中性组份皂化后进一步分离成皂化物和不皂化物。利用GC-MS技术对其中的皂化物和弱酸性组份进行了分析,并检测出了一系列化合物。
The DEAE-Sephadex ion exchange chromatography was used to separate the acetone extract of Pinus massoniana from weak acid component, neutral component and strong acid component. The neutral component is further saponified and then separated into saponified material and unsaponifiable material. The saponified and weakly acidic components were analyzed by GC-MS and a series of compounds were detected.
