目的与方法 采用大鼠致畸胎、小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变 (CA)分析检测萌动激活赤灵芝孢子粉的致畸胎、致突变和抗突变性。结果 :①灵芝孢子粉小鼠骨髓细胞CA率与阴性对照组比较差别无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。②灵芝孢子粉对孕鼠体重、胚胎早期发育、胚胎生长发育、以及胎鼠的骨骼发育和内脏器官发育均无不良影响。③灵芝孢子粉各剂量对 4 0mg/kg、5 0mg/kg环磷酰胺 (CP)诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变率有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,抑制率分别为 5 6 2 %、34 1%、39 8%和 6 7 8%、5 9 9%、5 2 0 % ,对 5 0mg/kgCP诱发的CA抑制率在 5 2 .0 %以上 ,并有剂量反应关系。结论 :萌动激活赤灵芝孢子粉未见致畸胎和细胞染色体损伤作用 ,对化学物引起的染色体损伤具有一定的拮抗或保护作用。
Objectives and methods To detect the teratogenicity, mutagenicity and antimutagenicity of germinating and activating Ganoderma lucidum spore powder using rat teratogenicity and chromosome aberration (CA) analysis of mouse bone marrow cells. RESULTS : 1 There was no significant difference in the CA rate of bone marrow cells between the ganoderma spore powder mice and the negative control group (P > 0.05). 2 Ganoderma lucidum spore powder had no adverse effects on body weight, embryonic development, embryonic development, fetal rat bone development and visceral organ development. 3The dose of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder had a significant inhibitory effect on the chromosome aberration rate of mouse bone marrow cells induced by cyclophosphamide (CP) at concentrations of 40 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg (P < 0.05, P <0 01). The inhibitory rates were 562%, 341%, 398% and 677%, 5.99%, 502%, respectively, and the inhibitory rate of 50μg/kg CP was above 52%. And there is a dose-response relationship. Conclusion: Germination activation of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder does not cause teratogenicity and cell chromosome damage, and it has some antagonism or protective effect on chromosome damage caused by chemicals.
