本文对流行性乙型脑炎(简称乙脑)发病的影响因素进行了监测分析。结果表明我省各地的主要蚊种构成不尽一致,但淡色库蚊和三带喙库蚊普遍存在,且为主要蚊种之一。淡色库蚊的密度高峰与乙脑发病高峰相一致,比乙脑发病高峰早约一个月左右。从新安县淡色库蚊中分离到一株乙脑病毒,其最低现场感染率为1:300,白然带毒率为3.48‰±0.00347。初步认为淡色蚊可能为我省乙脑流行的主要传播媒介之一。三带喙库蚊与乙脑的流行关系密切,不排除其作为我省乙脑流行主要传播媒介的可能性。各地仔猪的乙脑抗体50%阳转日的早晚有所差别,反映了各地乙脑发病强度的高低。
In this paper, the influencing factors of the epidemic of Japanese encephalitis (JE) were monitored and analyzed. The results showed that the main mosquito species in different parts of our province were not identical, but Culex pipiens pallens and Culex tritaeniorhynchus were widespread and one of the main mosquito species. The density of Culex pipiens pallets peak density consistent with the peak incidence of Japanese encephalitis, peak incidence of Japanese encephalitis about a month earlier. A Japanese encephalitis virus was isolated from Culex pipiens pallens in Xin’an County. The lowest infection rate was 1: 300, while the natural infection rate was 3.48 ‰ ± 0.00347. Preliminary thought that light color mosquito may be one of the major media of epidemic of JE in our province. Culex tritaeniorhynchus and encephalitis are closely related to the epidemic, do not rule out its potential as the main transmission medium of J Epidemic in our province. JE antibodies in piglets around 50% of the day to day vary, reflecting the intensity of the incidence of JE around the level.
