抗锈小麦新品系 8914 4接种锈菌后 SA含量升高 ,同时 CAT活性降低 ,H2 O2 含量升高 ,SOD活性升高 ,在不抗锈品种甘麦 8号接种锈菌后 SA含量也有升高 ,但并不伴随有 CAT活性下降和 SOD活性升高以及 H2 O2 含量的升高。推测 SA为 CAT过氧化活性提供一个电子的过程中 SA的量必须达到一定的阈值 ,并且与 CAT的时序调节相配合。据 SA结合态和游离态含量的变化动态 ,推测 SA信号传导途径的上游应该还有一些机制在起作用 ,同时 8914 4具有 SA信号传导途径
