采用免疫组化中SABC方法对55例膀胱癌PCNA单克隆抗体标记，结果显示，PCNA的表达与膀胱癌分化程度、生物学活性及临床分期相关（P＜0．05），认为PCNA的表达能客观反映膀胱肿瘤生物学活性，可作为膀胱肿瘤预后的参数之一．
Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect PCNA monoclonal antibody in 55 cases of bladder cancer. The results showed that the expression of PCNA correlated with the degree of differentiation, biological activity and clinical stage of bladder cancer (P <0.05) Objectively reflect the biological activity of bladder tumor, bladder cancer prognosis can be used as one of the parameters.
