目的了解兵团农十二师中学生艾滋病知识知晓情况以及他们对该疾病的认识和态度,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法在兵团农十二师所属8所中学按照随机抽样原则对1824名中学生艾滋病相关知识和态度进行匿名问卷调查。结果对输入被HIV污染的血液和共用不消毒的注射器等传播途径的知晓率最高,分别为95.78%和93.91%,对安全套(避孕套)使用等预防措施的知晓率最低,为53.56%,男生的知晓率高于女生。中学生获取艾滋病相关知识最主要的渠道是电视(39.14%),其次是学校健康教育(26.15%)。中学生普遍对艾滋病感到恐惧和害怕,态度积极的应答率为38.16%,有67.98%的同学认为艾滋病正对青少年构成威胁,86.13%的同学渴望了解更多的艾滋病防治知识。结论兵团农十二师中学生对艾滋病相关知识的了解不是很全面,有一定比例的中学生对艾滋病有恐惧、害怕的心理,提示在广度、深度上加强对中学生艾滋病健康教育宣传,并注重学校、家庭、社会、同伴教育等结合的方式十分必要,可以促进中学生建立健康的生活观念和方式,增强自觉预防疾病的意识。
Objective To understand the knowledge of AIDS among middle school students in Corps 12 and their cognition and attitude towards this disease so as to provide the basis for formulating interventions. Methods A total of 824 middle schools belonging to 12 Corps division officers were investigated by questionnaire based on the random sampling principle on AIDS-related knowledge and attitudes of 1824 middle school students. The results showed that the awareness rate of the routes of transmission of HIV-contaminated blood and common non-sterile syringes was the highest (95.78% and 93.91%, respectively), and the lowest was 53.56% for prevention measures such as the use of condoms (condoms) The awareness rate is higher than girls. The main channel for AIDS-related knowledge of middle school students is television (39.14%), followed by school health education (26.15%). Middle school students generally felt panic and fear of AIDS. Positive response rate was 38.16%. 67.98% of students thought that AIDS was a threat to young people. 86.13% of students were eager to learn more about AIDS prevention and control. Conclusion The understanding of HIV / AIDS related knowledge is not very comprehensive among middle school students in Corps 12. There is a certain proportion of middle school students who have fear and fear of HIV / AIDS. It is suggested that AIDS prevention and health education of middle school students should be promoted in breadth and depth, with a focus on schools and families , Social, peer education and other means is very necessary to promote secondary school students to establish a healthy concept of life and ways to enhance awareness of consciously prevent disease.
