目的介绍一种可同时检测甲型、乙型流感病毒的快速方法,便于及早确诊流感病原体。方法采用快速抗原法对2014年1月—2015年12月收集的632份流感样患者标本进行甲型、乙型流感病毒抗原检测,并对其中102份进行real-time RT PCR检测。结果快速抗原法检测到样本中甲型流感病毒阳性14例,乙型流感病毒阳性10例。real-time RT PCR法检测到甲型流感病毒阳性15例,乙型流感病毒阳性12例。快速抗原法针对甲型流感病毒诊断灵敏度93.3%,特异度100.0%;针对乙型流感病毒,诊断灵敏度83.3%,特异度100.0%,耗时15 min,明显少于real-time RTPCR法的3 h。结论采用快速抗原法可及早筛查甲型、乙型流感标本。
Objective To introduce a rapid method for simultaneous detection of influenza A and B viruses and to facilitate the early diagnosis of influenza pathogens. Methods Rapid antigens were used to detect influenza A and B antigens of 632 influenza samples collected from January 2014 to December 2015, and 102 of them were detected by real-time RT-PCR. Results In the rapid antigen method, 14 samples were positive for influenza A virus and 10 samples were positive for influenza B virus. Real-time RT PCR detected influenza A virus positive in 15 cases, influenza B virus positive in 12 cases. The sensitivity and specificity of the rapid antigen method for influenza A were 93.3% and 100.0%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of the method for diagnosing influenza B virus were 83.3% and 100.0% respectively, which were 15 min and 15 min, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the real-time RTPCR method . Conclusion The rapid antigen method can be used for early screening of influenza A and B specimens.
