本技术为一种生产轻型预应力混凝土多孔板的方法。涉及建筑材料技术领域,适用于多层楼房作为建筑材料。近几年来。对混凝土多孔板在强度,防水性及重量特性方面提出了新的要求,构想了种种方案,如使用轻质填料,乳化剂等混合剂,或者在混练工序上加以改进等,虽然多数方法有一定的效果,但仍然存在着成本高,不能满足要求,而目前的普通型预应力混凝土多孔板,一般由水泥、河沙、碎石为原料,以钢筋为骨架。经过配料、搅拌、浇铸,养护等工艺后形成混凝土多孔板,它的不足之处是碎石的比重为3g/cm~2,以它为主要原料制成的混凝土多孔板存在着重量重,结构性能差,成本高的问题。
