据《健康报》报道:我国在大动物实验中首次应用中药雷公藤制剂抑制器官移植中的异体排斥反应,最近在南京军区总医院获得成功。当今,世界各国都将器官移植作为衡量综合医学技术水平的标准,而阻碍此术成功的重要原因是术后排异反应。1986年以来,少数发达国家开始采用环孢素A作为免疫抑制剂抑制排异反应,但价格昂贵,且对肝、肾有一定的毒副作用。
