随着我国桥梁施工技术的进步,施工企业的自身实力的不断壮大,移动模架在现浇箱梁施工中的应用日渐广泛,而30m跨径箱梁自重相对较小,又比较经济,应用较多,移动模架应用于这种跨径箱梁现浇施工也日渐增多,移动模架是梁式支架,其任何一个部位的临时荷载均可引起模架挠曲,如何控制梁体高程使移动模架现浇箱梁的桥面高程符合设计和规范要求是施工过程中要重点研究的课题。金丽温高速公路丽青段第九合同段移动模架现浇30m箱梁的施工实践中,采取了有效的控制措施,将桥面高程控制在±10mm范围内,并取得了良好的效果,并达到了较快的施工速度。
With the progress of bridge construction technology in our country, the self-strength of construction enterprises has been continuously expanding. How to control the elevation of the beam to move Formwork cast-in-place box girder bridge deck elevation in line with the design and specification requirements of the construction process should focus on the issue. During the construction practice of the cast-in-place 30m box girder with the ninth floor of the Liqing section of Jinliwen Expressway, the effective control measures were taken to control the elevation of the bridge within ± 10mm and achieved good results A faster construction speed.
