高速公路以其高速、高效、安全、舒适等特点充分体现了大流量、高速度的优势,但随着当前高速公路建设里程和车辆数的不断增加,逐渐暴露了一系列道路交通的安全性问题。如何在大流量、高速度的前提下保证行车安全,充分发挥高速公路的经济社会效益,是当前亟需解决的问题。结合佛开高速公路谢边~三堡段改扩建工程交通安全设施工程和机电工程的总体设计方案,分析了高速公路改扩建设计施工阶段需要满足的各项安全服务特性和系统组成,并对八车道高速公路运营时期各项安全性指标进行研究分析,提出了相关应用改善对策。
Expressway has its advantages of high flow rate and high speed with its characteristics of high speed, high efficiency, safety and comfort. However, along with the continuous increase of mileage and the number of vehicles in expressways, the highway gradually exposed a series of road traffic safety issues . How to ensure traffic safety under the precondition of high flow rate and high speed and give full play to the economic and social benefits of expressways is an urgent problem to be solved. Combined with the overall design of the traffic safety facilities and mechanical and electrical engineering of the Fubian ~ Sanbao section of Fokai Expressway, the safety service characteristics and system components to be met in the design and construction stage of expressway reconstruction are analyzed. Lane highway operation period of the various safety indicators for research and analysis, put forward the application of corrective measures.
